AIR is currently hiring a Technology Project Manager within the AIR Technology Solutions Department in our Rockville, MD office. The successful candidate will help support our PMO and manager projects.

Responsibilities

1. Manage health of a project (scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks)
2. Contribute to the Project Management Office with process improvement and documentation
3. Contribute to business development through proposal writing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years of overall IT experience or Master’s degree with 5+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years of direct project management experience, leading projects that involve both user interface and technical design and development
• Knowledge and Experience with Federal, state and local government
• Project Quality Assurance
• Risk Management
• Agile methodology
• Certified ScrumMaster
• PMP Certification
• Prior consulting experience
• Team player with great communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to apply creative thinking to technology issues
• Well-organized with the ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects under strict deadlines
• Works effectively with technical and non-technical staff
