The American Institutes for Research (AIR) is a leading professional services firm with a growing software engineering and product development team. We design and build things that are inspiring and make a real impact in the online testing industry.

As a result of our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Senior Test Automator to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Implement and develop automated test practices for both web and windows applications primarily using Visual Studio’s Coded UI module for both web and windows applications.
• Design and create test scripts using C# and similar scripting languages to address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability in preparation for implementation.
• Design and create Selenium test scripts using C# to address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability in preparation for implementation.
• Build and maintain test automation infrastructure using IIS/ASP/MS SQL for load, functional and performance testing.
• Work with the QA Manager and colleagues to define process and strategy associated with automation.
• Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
• Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope/delivery dates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience
