Our environment is fast-paced and we seek individuals who are willing to roll up their sleeves to produce high quality work in a timely manner. We are currently seeking a Senior Project Coordinator for our Georgetown office.

Responsibilities

The Senior Project Coordinator will support large computer-based statewide testing programs.

Responsibilities will include a special emphasis on coordinating scope of work (SOW) and interaction with Vendor groups that support Item and Test Development services, and may include:

• Work with Test Development Project Management staff to identify scope of work, timelines, pricing and quality criteria for test development projects
•Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, cross-program initiatives, and training sessions
•Provide information to client and respond to client requests within area of responsibility
•Produce training materials such as Power Point presentations and recorded modules; provide training on the online testing system’s functionality and features to internal and external staff as appropriate
•Track, monitor work assigned to test development vendors, ensure submissions meet schedule and quality criteria.
•Work with Accounts Payable to process invoices, ensure work is completed according to SOW and all approvals are in place to expedite A/P process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; additional education preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in the educational community preferred
• Ability to work independently on detailed assignments
• Experience with MS Office applications
