Overview

AIR Assessment is a well- regarded organization that is growing rapidly. We focus on providing our clients with customized assessments that not only measure student achievement against state standards, but also provide meaningful score reports that can help students, parents, and educators address any areas of student weakness. Our environment is fast-paced and requires people at all levels who are willing to roll up their sleeves to get the work done on time while maintaining high quality. We are currently seeking Project Assistant Intern to work directly with the Training Director in Content and Test Development within AIR Assessment. This position is located in Washington, DC and the ideal candidate will start in May and work fulltime through mid-August.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of training plans
• Support the design of support materials and resources by working with the subject matter expert (SME) to seek feedback and clarification when needed
• Maintain calendars and schedules
• Organize database of training resources
• Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will be enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or related major.
• Interest in training and professional development
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with particular emphasis in Excel and Power Point
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of eLearning a plus (i.e., Captivate)
