• Assist in sample locating and cleaning contact lists
• Prepare and execute email campaigns
• Update and maintain databases to track survey response and contact information
• Assist in preparation of data collection reports
• Contribute to documentation of all data collection procedures
• Provide help desk support to survey respondents
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned


• Bachelor’s degree in health, aging, education, psychology, sociology, public policy, economics, statistics, or other related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must possess an exacting attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities under time constraints
• Superior oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with a wide variety of audiences
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including the ability to maintain a professional and effective working relationship with project staff and respondents
• Ability to think critically and ask questions
• Preferred: Experience in collecting and manipulating data
• Preferred: Quantitative research experience and experience working with one or more statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, STATA, R)
• Preferred: Previous research experience
