AIR’s Human Resources department has a unique opportunity for a Learning and Development Intern who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is interested in developing a career in Learning and Development or HR. This position will be located in our Washington, D.C. (Georgetown) office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Learning and Development reporting; conduct training data collection, cleaning, and basic analysis.
• Assist with training program evaluation; assist with survey management, including data collection and basic cleaning; conduct best practice research.
• Assist with training program logistics, including registration, material preparation, etc.
• Research vendor options when needed
• Support other HR projects when needed
• Assist with website updates

Qualifications

• Currently seeking a Bachelor’s degree in such fields as human resources, business administration, organizational behavior, psychology or other related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel required
• Experience with data entry and cleaning preferred
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
