*M.A. in fields such as statistics, economics, educational policy or other related fields;
*Proficiency with statistical software packages such as R, Stata, HLM, or Mplus;
*Experience in working with, and analyzing results from large-scale survey or assessment data;
*Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
*Attention to details and interests in educational research.
