We are currently seeking a Project Operations Coordinator to join our team in Washington, D.C.
This position will support the Project Operations team in various functions. As part of the Operations team, this individual will mainly be responsible for conducting quality control of test materials, including verification of test booklet content and layout. The Operations team works closely with internal Production and Content teams to ensure that all edits to test materials (e.g., test booklets and test administration manuals) are made accurately and in a timely manner. As a Project Operations Coordinator, this individual will have the opportunity to assist with managing the production and review processes required to create test materials; he or she will also have the opportunity to work with external clients and vendors throughout these processes. Training in all test material reviews and version control/quality control procedures is provided. Travel may be required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; additional education preferred. • 2 – 4 years of experience in project or operations management. • Experience working in print and publishing in a business, government or education context is an asset. • Excellent verbal and written communications skills required. • Acute attention to detail is required; proofreading experience is an asset. • Excellent computer knowledge/skills required. • High level of organization and the ability to manage and prioritize several tasks/projects simultaneously is required. • Flexibility and ability to consistently meet deadlines. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
