AIR's vision is that research-based problem solving can improve the lives of all people. We are seeking a Research Assistant to join our Research & Evaluation group in Chicago, Illinois.

    Responsibilities

    The Research Assistant will support projects related to education policy implementation, school improvement, and/or youth development. We are seeking someone with excellent task management/organizational skills and quantitative analysis experience, preferably with strong writing abilities. Experience in educational settings (e.g., schools, after-school programs) also desirable.

    Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree, preferably from a top-level school with a focus on liberal arts. Experience processing, analyzing, and reporting quantitative data is highly desired and experience with STATA or R is preferred. Strong writing and organizational skills are very important as well.
