We are currently seeking a Psychometric Support Assistant to join our Operations team in Washington, DC.
Provide support and assistance to Psychometricians and Statisticians which includes:
-Generating and producing materials for item review and standard setting meetings, -Running data analysis programs and performing quality assurance checks, -Preparing technical reports, -Assisting with validity studies, and -Reviewing of all field test and operational test forms.
-Bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral and social sciences, including psychology, economics, and sociology. -Self-motivated and willing to take initiative. -Highly organized and detailed oriented. -Conscientious, high attention to detail and able to take responsibility for ensuring the successful completion of assigned tasks. -Interest in education. -Strong written and oral communication skills.
