We focus on providing our clients with customized assessments that not only measure student achievement against state standards, but also provide meaningful score reports that can help students, parents, and educators address any areas of student weakness. We are currently seeking a Psychometric Support Assistant to join our Operations team in Washington, DC.


    Provide support and assistance to Psychometricians and Statisticians which includes:

    -Generating and producing materials for item review and standard setting meetings,
    -Running data analysis programs and performing quality assurance checks,
    -Preparing technical reports,
    -Assisting with validity studies, and
    -Reviewing of all field test and operational test forms.


    -Bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral and social sciences, including psychology, economics, and sociology.
    -Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
    -Highly organized and detailed oriented
    -Conscientious, high attention to detail and able to take responsibility for ensuring the successful completion of assigned tasks.
    -Interest in education.
    -Strong written and oral communication skills.
