    Responsibilities

    The I/O Researcher will lead efforts on project and proposal teams working on a variety of I/O psychology related projects such as job analysis, practice analysis, competency modeling, selection, assessment, test validation, workforce planning, workforce analytics and training. Additional responsibilities include:
    • Serving as client contact for analytic expertise
    • Effectively interact with clients – in person and in writing
    • Develop and implement research methodology
    • Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, write reports
    • Translate research findings into layperson terms

    Qualifications

    • Ph.D. or Master's degree in I/O Psychology with 4+ years of relevant work
    • Strong project management experience
    • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Experience with data analysis programs, such as SPSS
    • Strong writing skills, specifically the ability to describe research to technical and non-technical audiences
    • Knowledge of advanced statistical methods, such as psychometrics and hierarchical linear modeling
