We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Financial Analyst to be based in one of our Washington, DC metro area offices with flexibilities for working remotely on a regular basis. 




The selected candidate will support all aspects of AIR’s financial reporting and analysis processes, which include but not be limited to the following:

  • Financial reporting and analyses essential for running the business;
  • Development of annual operating budgets and forecasting;
  • Tracking and monitoring variances from plan; and identifying trending needing attention
  • Improvement and/or development of applications for use in budgeting and reporting;
  • Supporting audits and/or other regulatory inquiries and deliverables; and,
  • Certain activities associated the monthly and annual closing of the books.


  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in Business, Accounting or Finance.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency with analytic aspects of Excel and presentational aspects of Microsoft Office applications.
  • General knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Confident and effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively handle multiple assignments. 

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position. Depending on project work, qualified candidates may need to meet certain residency requirements.
