The HR Services Assistant is one of a highly effective and collaborative team in Human Resources Services that provides comprehensive administrative, operational and logistical support to AIR’s employees. The Assistant will ensure that work performed, and improvements made to processes are aligned with AIR’s organizational goals and objectives, and that they meet or exceed customer expectations.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis. Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position. Depending on project work, qualified candidates may need to meet certain residency requirements.
