AIR is seeking a Senior Contract & Grants Specialist to join our Contracts and Grants Office (CGO). This position will provide end-to-end contract administration support for the entire portfolio of our Contracts, Grants and Cooperative Agreements. This position will ensure execution of Agreements in accordance with AIR policies, legal requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and other Government and Client provisions. This highly visible position serves as an institute-wide internal advisor and “clearinghouse” to management and staff for Federal and State & Local Government and commercial RFPs, proposals, contracts, and prime/sub- contracting issues. This person will stay informed of institute-wide research activities, industry trends, contract issues, and customer relationships to provide insight and advice that protects and advances AIR’s success. The Senior Contract & Grants Specialist position can be remote from anywhere in the U.S. or located out of any of AIR's U.S. office locations.

AIR’s Total Rewards Program, is designed to reward our staff competitively and motivate them to achieve our critical mission. This position offers an anticipated annual salary of $127,000 to $140,000. Salary offers are made based on internal equity within the institution and external equity with competitive markets. Please note this is the annual salary range for candidates that are based in the United States.
