AIR's International Development Division (IDD) is currently seeking a Public Health Supply Chain Expert to be Chief of Party for Afya Uwazi, the USAID Health Supply Chain Third Party Monitoring (TPM) Activity. AIR is looking for an experienced, savvy professional with direct experience in both the Kenya health system, and particularly Kenya health supply chain management. The Chief of Party is someone who can both navigate complex political factors and build local trust in fostering an environment of learning and improvement.
Afya Uwazi is a USAID-funded, third-party monitoring mechanism focused on strengthening transparency and accountability in the health sector. It does so by gathering primary data from health facilities and other sites, analyzing secondary data from other sources, tracking key performance indicators, and estimating relevant risks.
