AIR is seeking an experienced Director of Program Finance Operations to join our dynamic team. This position will be responsible for leading initiatives to support the continued development of a high-performance finance team. The Director will be accountable for increasing staff awareness and competency in improving program finance operations and service delivery. This role will provide strong management guidance and direction across finance process improvement opportunities and change management practices.
This position is hybrid, based out any of AIR's U.S. office locations.

AIR’s Total Rewards Program, is designed to reward our staff competitively and motivate them to achieve our critical mission. This position offers an anticipated annual salary of $162,000 - $182,000. Salary offers are made based on internal equity within the institution and external equity with competitive markets. Please note this is the annual salary range for candidates that are based in the United States.
