AIR is currently seeking a Senior Researcher Climate Change to lead research and evaluation projects and research proposals focused on resilience, climate change mitigation, and climate change adaptation efforts. The senior researcher will primarily focus on research and evaluations in low-and middle-income countries. The position will involve collaborating closely with AIR’s climate change research director to look for strategic research and evaluation opportunities in AIR’s country offices in Kenya, Ethiopia, and Mexico. Join AIR as a Technical Assistance Associate with our Learning Supports program area, where we provide research and technical assistance to federal, state, and local clients, primarily focusing on the supports children need to be ready to learn in the K-12 education system. Our Learning Supports program area uses a proactive and preventative framework to support these content areas: - Early childhood - English learners - Multi-tiered system of support - Special education Our Learning Supports team is driven by our mission to make the world a better, more equitable place through education.   AIR’s Technical Assistance Associate will support training and technical assistance (TTA) focused on various topics related to special education and multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS). AIR is currently seeking an experienced course developer and part-time Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The position is part of AIR’s Adult Learning Hub that develops and conducts webinars, self-directed and facilitated courses for utilization by adult education teachers and administrators. Specifically, the Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for ongoing updates and development of new courses with emphasis on the optimization and scaling of our online learning system and content and supporting webinars.
