Join AIR as a Technical Assistance Associate with our Learning Supports program area, where we provide research and technical assistance to federal, state, and local clients, primarily focusing on the supports children need to be ready to learn in the K-12 education system. Our Learning Supports program area uses a proactive and preventative framework to support these content areas: - Early childhood - English learners - Multi-tiered system of support - Special education Our Learning Supports team is driven by our mission to make the world a better, more equitable place through education.   AIR’s Technical Assistance Associate will support training and technical assistance (TTA) focused on various topics related to special education and multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS). The candidate will have technical assistance experience providing training, facilitation and coaching support to teachers, administrators, related service providers, and/or early childhood personnel. This position may include experience with developing and operating virtual training and communication through Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other platforms.
